DAF Alumabond, our 8 mil aluminum foil/film with a non-slip pebble texture and permanent adhesive, is now available for intermediate- to long-term complex wall and floor surfaces.

DAF Composite Roll Up is now available. This PVC/PET/PVC composite is curl resistant and blocks ambient light for tension roll up stands. It is also printable on both sides, and can be used as a general smooth banner.

DAF will be revealing EZ-Tac, our new ultra-removable, re-positionable 6 mil print vinyl, at ISA booth 3692. EZ-Tac is our newest promotional- to intermediate-term printable media, compatible with Solvent, Eco-solvent, Latex, and UVC platforms. EZ-Tac is made in the USA, and will be in stock and available early June 2017.

 DAF Products is now HP Certified! DAF Imprint, Escape, Imprint Removable, Illusion 60/40, and Illusion 50/50 are officially Certified for HP Latex Inks. You can find these print profiles for HP 300/360 series Latex printers on the HP Media Locator website, or here on the DAF Products Technical Support and Print Profiles website.

To support our Canadian business, DAF Products is excited to announce that Peter Pacione has joined our sales team. Peter is well respected in the graphics market, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his past experience at Sihl USA and Spaark Ltd. After months of development and testing, the DAF Imprint and DAF Escape semi-permanent adhesive print vinyls will offer improved tear resistance and our stay-flat double-coat polythene liner. The improved face films white point will closer align to the North American Standard.

The DAF Imprint removable adhesive print vinyl will change from a grey pigmented adhesive to white adhesive. This will allow the product to be used for more applications such as window graphics while still offering good opacity. Further, the imprints face films white point will closer match the North American standard.

A new product, Speed Vinyl, that DAF previewed at the 2015 SGIA Expo in Atlanta was so well received that we intend to officially launch the product in March of 2016. Speed Vinyl is a 250g reinforced PVC texture vinyl offering anti-slip print surface offers a high tack adhesive yet remains removable when used for promotional applications. It is great for surfaces such as walls, columns, floors, carpet, wood, laminate or granite counters, driveways, sidewalks, and other surfaces.

Our Gecko Grip 60/40 perforated window film (with inside mount micro-suction cup print surface) won SGIA 2015’s Product of the Year for the pressure-sensitive vinyl category. We are pleased to be recognized by one of the print industry’s premier trade organizations. This additional level of exposure has created even more excitement and activity surrounding this unique technology.

Hewlett Packard’s Graphics Experience Center in Alpharetta, GA, has qualified DAF 8 mil polypropylene film on the newest generation Latex technology.
